What is Denefits?
Denefits is a payment plan provider. Instead of paying a dentist, veterinarian, contractor, or clinic in one lump sum, you split the cost into monthly installments. Plans range from $200 to $5,000, and approval doesn’t depend on your credit score.
There are three plan types: the No-Fee Payment Plan with 0% interest, the EZ Payment Plan with Deferred Interest with 0% for three months, and the In-House Payment Plan with terms set alongside your provider.
Step by step: how to get a Denefits payment plan
- Choose your amount. Decide how much you need for the service, anywhere from $200 to $5,000. The loan calculator shows estimated monthly payments for each plan.
- Complete the online application. Enter your contact details, ID information, and income. It takes about three minutes and never touches your credit report.
- Get your decision. Most decisions arrive within minutes. 95% of applicants are approved.
- Review and sign your terms. Your plan shows the amount, rate, term, payment schedule, and fees before you agree to anything.
- Get your service. Once your plan is active, your provider can start the treatment, repair, or service.
- Pay monthly by autopay. Payments are drafted automatically from your bank account by ACH on your scheduled date. You can pay early anytime with no penalty.
Denefits requirements: what you need to apply
You’ll need
- To be 18 or older and a U.S. resident
- A government-issued photo ID
- A checking account for autopay
- Verifiable income
- A working email and phone number
You don’t need
- A minimum credit score
- A credit history at all
- Collateral or a co-signer
- An enrollment fee
How approval works without a credit check
Traditional lenders and medical credit cards rely on your credit report, which is why roughly half of applicants are turned away. Denefits skips the credit pull completely. Instead, approval looks at whether your identity checks out and whether your income supports the monthly payment for the amount you requested.
That’s why people with bad credit, thin credit files, or past bankruptcies are regularly approved. It also means applying leaves no inquiry on your credit report.
Tip: if the monthly payment looks high, try a longer term or a small down payment. Both lower the monthly amount and can make approval more straightforward.
Which Denefits plan should you choose?
| If you… | Best plan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Want zero interest and fixed payments | No-Fee Plan | You repay exactly the service cost |
| Can pay most of it off within a few months | EZ Deferred Interest | 0% for 3 months, lower rate after |
| Need a larger, customized plan | In-House Plan | Provider shapes down payment, rate, and term |

How Denefits payments work
- Autopay by ACH drafts each installment from your checking account on the due date.
- Reminders go out before each payment so nothing catches you off guard.
- Early payoff is allowed at any time with no prepayment penalty.
- Changing your draft date is possible by contacting customer service.
What happens if you miss a payment?
Contact support as soon as you know a payment will be late; the team can often help you get back on schedule. On the EZ Deferred Interest plan, a missed payment within the first 12 months applies the standard rate to your remaining balance, so staying current matters most on that plan.
